DOWN WITH DARNER

DOWN WITH DARNER

The days when sock drawers were filled with nothing but white tube socks and black knee highs are over. There is something about a sheer, elevated sock that brings a whole other element to a wardrobe. That's why we're down with Darner.

Darner is a luxury intimates line comprised of high-end socks designed and produced in Los Angeles. The name Darner comes from the nickname given to the women brought into the military during the Civil War to repair (or darn) the soldiers’ damaged socks.  Darner is inspired by a hosiery pattern from the late 1800's, our unique cut-and-sew design embraces the foot to create long, lean lines that accentuate and extend the look of one’s legs. This signature, along with our precious materials, sets Darner socks apart from traditional knitted socks.

Darner has a timeless sophistication, whether worn slouched around the ankles with sneakers or styled high with heels. Our variety of styles offer customers a plethora of choices to match their outfits and moods. Offering sheer, nylon fabric in colors ranging from pale pink and dusty lavender to mocha brown and black fishnet. Along with more extravagant designs incorporating vintage-inspired florals, lustrous velvets, and sparkly sequins.
